The drive had some type of acer hidden code on it that prevented the install. So I took the hard drive out and placed it in a external drive and formatted it in ntfs thinking that I tried to use a msdn 32 bit win 7 ult n to see if it would accept a install of win 7 at allīut when I try to install a win 7 os I get I also made a factory default backup on it and tried to use it on the other laptop I have another acer aspire one so I made a repair disk with it and tried to get some results with it. These acer hard drives have a restore partition on them that can be used to reset the laptop back to factory condition but The place that I purchased the laptop from wiped the hard drive. The only information that is displayed on the website is that the laptop was originally preloaded with ( windows 7 ) thats itīut there are many many versions of windows 7.

I tried the acer support website using the serial numbers located on the bottom of the case. The laptop does not have an os installed on it.

It does have a windows coa on it with a legible product key but the windows version is not readable ( it looks like it was washed off ) The battery holds a charge, there are no use marks on it anywhere. I have purchased a 32 bit acer aspire one tiny laptop in really great condition for $35.00
